    An early, highly productive and uplifting variety, diamond zucchini is native to Central America. Its beautiful bright green fruits, fine and cylindrical, are easy to produce as to pick! A running plant, the diamond zucchini is grown at the end of the frosts or, earlier, under shelter and seedlings, so that it can be transplanted in May. It will prefer rich floors and furniture, in a place that is both cool and sunny. Squash consumes a lot of water and likes to climb compost heaps. The sun, on the other hand, will allow for faster fruit formation.

    For the harvest, you can pick up the zucchini hybrid diamonds F1 from June. Count 1 plant per sq m for this very easy-to-grow vegetable. If you like their sweet flavour and supple texture, pick them when they are 20/30 cm long. Later, the skin is harder, the flavor more bitter, and more seeds will have had time to have formed.
