Overflow for water tank - fluted right tip - 38 mm (38 mm diameter).

This accessory was designed for 1000-liter plastic tanks (also called IBC or GRV) , but can be used on any water recovery tank. It attaches to the side of your 1000 L tank and allows youto evacuate too much rainwater from your tank.
