    This pepper, native to Mexico, also called Caribbean pepper or cabri pepper, resists cooler climates thanks to its robust plant. It is one of the 10 most spicy peppers in the world and produces berries 3 to 5 cm long, in the shape of a lantern and orange in ripeness.

    Tip Vilmorin: It is advisable not to eat the pepper as it is, but for example to rub it on food. It is perfect for making hot oil.
