This snow pea offers a nice harvest and tasty pods. These are slightly curved, hence the name of the Horn of Aries variety, and should be eaten young. They can withstand freezing. It is one of the most productive peas in its class! It is also known for its vigour and hardiness. Its grain is white.

Peas like proximity to fennel, cucumbers, lettuce and carrots.

Install the guardians or fillets and sow at their feet, taking care not to bury the seeds at more than 3-4 cm deep. Row with a net stretched between stakes, or with 2 m tutors arranged in teepee and sow 1 seed every 2-3 cm, or 4-5 seeds in poquets (small holes), leaving 40 cm between each hole. Space each row 60 cm.

A few days after lifting, lightly work the soil on the surface (biner) to aerate it and eliminate weeds. When the pea plants are 10-15 cm long, hoe a second time and then bring some soil back to their feet (butter).

Harvest when peas fill the pod from June to August, 10 to 14 weeks after sowing, at a rate of 2 harvests per week for 2-3 weeks.
