Cultural advice:
1. Sowing: Sow in May in a sunny position, 5-6 seeds in small shallow holes 1 m x 60 cm apart. To have melons as early as July, sow under a heated shelter in February to April.
2. Thinning: About two weeks after sowing, keep only the most vigorous plant in each hole and pull up the others.
3. Harvest: Prune and then harvest from July to September.
