Characteristics:

This species, in spring and autumn flowering, produces beautiful little blue flowers that are very fine and deliciously fragrant. Violets add a soft, fresh note to undergrowth, rockeries, borders and low beds. Water your plants regularly.

The stages of sowing:

Sow from April to June in a rich and fine land in mid-shade and then cup the soil. At the 3-4 leaf stage, plant the most vigorous plants 10 cm apart in the middle of the shade.

Just before winter, place your violets in pots under a shelter.

The following spring, plant them in the ground 25 cm away.
