Sow the clover:
The clover planting period runs from early March, after any risk of frost, until the end of June. Clover culture:Prepare the soil by removing weeds and working it to a depth of 10 to 15 cm. Level with a rake and sow on the fly like a lawn. Lightly cover the seeds and water in fine rain to keep the soil moist until the seeds are lifted. Purple clover requires no maintenance throughout its cultivation.Purple clover has very good resistance to drought, purple clover may need spot watering in the event of severe drought..Mowing and burying:Clover is a long culture and only reaches its adult size after 3 to 4 months. It can then be crushed with a mower, then allowed to dry for a few days before being incorporated into the ground by plowing or digging. This tillage will destroy the roots and prevent the clover from regrowing. Conversely, if you want to keep the clover plantation for several years, you just have to mow it without destroying the roots.
