    This variety will give you beautiful salads, with ruby red leaves. It is harvested in salads to be cut in the fall, or in the form of a small apple in the spring.

    The leafy chicory likes the proximity of the cauliflower, because this combination allows a saving of space and watering.

    Sow from May to July, in lines 30 cm apart.

    At the 3-4 leaf stage, remove the smallest plants. Keep only the most vigorous, so you leave only one salad every 20-30 cm.

    Harvest in salad to cut in the fall, leaving the roots well in the ground, which will give in spring beautiful little red apples.
