    Culture steps

    1. I sow:
Sow from February to June, on the fly by scattering the seeds or in lines spaced 30cm apart.

    2. I talk:

After 10 to 15 days, thin the smallest plants, leaving only one parsnip every 20 cm. Biner and water regularly.

    3. I harvest:

Harvest from May to October. Parsnips can overwinter in the ground. Tear it off after the first frosts.

    Tricks:

Taste cooked roots, soups or purees. Namely, parsnips are more nutritious than carrots!
The cold enhances the sweetness of parsnips.
