Culture advice:

1) Sows: Sow from Mars to July, in the open ground, in a line 25 cm apart.
2) Lightening: At the 2-3-leaf stage, pull out the smallest plants and keep only the strongest ones to leave only one carrot every 5 cm.
3) Harvest: Harvest 8-10 weeks after sowing, when your carrots are still young so they are still tender and retain all their flavours.
