    Description:

    This variety, of Nantes type, has a very high resistance to frost which promotes its conservation in the open ground during winter. Its vigour and resistance to foliage diseases also prolongs its harvest period. It gives roots of about 16-18 cm, very colorful.

    Culinary tip:

    The carrot is deliciously grated in salad or sliced in soups.

    Soil tip:

    For beautiful, well-formed carrots, sow them preferably in a fine soil without pebbles. The carrot likes sunny exposure.

    Culture advice:

    1- Sow in the middle of the earth from June to July, in a soil without pebbles, in lines 25 cm apart.
    2- When your carrots have 2-3 leaves, pull out the smallest plants and keep only the strongest ones to leave only one carrot every 5 cm.
    3- Harvest from November to April.

    Plants:

    The carrot likes the proximity of the leek because they protect each other from pests including the fly.
