Broccoli is also perfect in small flanks to accompany roasts.

Soil tip:

For good development, broccoli cabbage must have a regular vegetation without "jerks" from sowing to harvest. It likes sunny exposure.

Cultural advice:

1. Sowing: Sow in a well-exposed nursery from March to July. 
2. Transplanting: Transplant as soon as the plants have 2 or 3 leaves. Plant in place 5 to 7 weeks after sowing at a distance of 40 x 60 cm.  
3. Harvest: Harvest from June to October.
