Easy to grow, this cabbage is harvested during the winter and until spring, leaf by leaf. It acquires all its taste quality after undergoing the first frosts. Cold-resistant, it works very well in harsh winter areas.

Tip Vilmorin : Kale cabbage likes the proximity of the poirée, because together they strengthen their respective health.

Sow in April-May, in a sheltered nursery, or in June, in the open ground, and harvest 6 months after sowing.

Taste the raw leaves, cut into strips, or cooked in soup.
