    This variety of semi-sugar beetroot gives a very voluminous and long white root, with a green collar, semi-buried. With good winter conservation, its performance is remarkable. It is very popular, cut into cossettes (thin strips), rabbits and goats. To be grown preferably in deep and fresh soil.
