Haricot Mélissa livré en vrac

Bonjour, Pour le produit en lui même pas de de problème mais ce qui est dommage c'est de de recevoir un colis dans lequel les boites d'haricots (2) sont écrasées et percées et de retrouver les graines en vrac dans le carton servant d'emballage. ( Problème de transport?... )
