Cumin seeds can be used whole or crushed as a condiment to flavor your pastries, cheeses and grilled meats.
Cultural advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from May to September in pots or planters placed in sunny exposure.
2. Thinning: If your seedling is too thick, thin by pulling out the smaller plants to promote good growth.
3. Harvest: Harvest from July to September of the following year. You can grow cumin directly in your garden.
